Privacy Policy
Kelaro Lounge, operating online as Kelarolounge from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle your data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Information We Collect
To process an order we collect the details you give us: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and what you have ordered. If you contact us for support we keep that correspondence so we can help. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and answer your questions.
What We Never Store
We never store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or account passwords. Payments are handled directly by our secure UPI and payment provider; sensitive payment credentials are entered with them, not saved on our systems. This keeps the most sensitive part of your transaction out of our hands entirely.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm and deliver your order, to arrange courier pickup and tracking, to process payments and refunds, to provide customer support, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for purposes you have not agreed to.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share the minimum necessary information with only two kinds of partner: the courier company that delivers your parcel (your name, address and phone number for delivery), and our UPI or payment provider (to process your payment or refund). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies so that your cart, login and site preferences work correctly, and to understand in aggregate how the store is used. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the store may not work fully without them.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it, and you may withdraw consent you have previously given. To exercise any of these rights, simply write to us.
Grievance and Contact
If you have any concern about how your personal data is handled, or wish to make a request or complaint, please contact our grievance point of contact at [email protected]. We take every privacy concern seriously and respond promptly.
