These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Kelaro Lounge, a sole proprietorship based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, operating online as Kelarolounge. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, which are framed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Using This Website

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and must be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the store at our discretion.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery only; we do not process credit or debit cards or international wallets. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the delivery address cannot be serviced. Where we cannot fulfil an order that has been paid, we refund it.

Nature of Living Goods

The flower seeds, seed packets and growing kits we sell are natural, living and perishable products. Germination and flowering depend on soil, climate, storage after delivery and the care given by the grower, all of which are outside our control. We therefore do not and cannot guarantee that any seed will sprout or bloom. Our responsibility is limited to supplying honestly labelled products that are stored and dispatched with reasonable care.

Consumer Rights, Returns and Cancellations

Nothing in these terms limits the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may return eligible, sealed and unopened items within our stated return window of 7 days, and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Opened seed packets cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and seed viability. Full details are set out on our Return & Refund, Shipping and Cancellation policy pages.

Data Protection

We handle any personal data you share with us in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. How we collect, use, store and share your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of this site or a purchase from Kelaro Lounge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
