Cancellation Policy

You can call off an order, as long as it hasn’t left us yet. Here’s the window and how to use it.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email [email protected] or call +91 8668032548 with your order number. If we haven’t packed and posted it, we’ll cancel it right away and refund any UPI payment in full.

After dispatch

Once the seeds are with the courier we can’t pull them back. At that point treat it as a return: refuse the parcel or follow our Refund and Returns Policy once it arrives.

Orders we may cancel

• A seed variety sells out before we pack it.
• The delivery address is wrong or unreachable.
• A Cash on Delivery order can’t be handed over after repeated tries.

If we cancel, we tell you why and refund anything you’ve already paid.

How cancellation refunds are paid

Back to your UPI ID or a bank account you give us, within 5–7 working days. This follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
